Unknown next of kin of Donald Sims, whose places of residence are unknown, will take notice that on the 5th day of January, 2012, the undersigned, Jeffrey P. Saffold, filed an application in the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the authority to administer the Estate of Donald Sims, deceased, late of Oakwood Village, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, who died on November 10, 2009.
Said application is ordered set for hearing on the 15th day of February, 2012 at 10:45 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the Court may hear the same.
