Elizabeth Al Banna, whose last known place of residence and present place of residence are unknown, will take notice that on December 20, 2011 the undersigned, Ammar Banna, filed his complaint against her in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio praying for a divorce and other relief on the grounds that he and defendant have, for more than one year without interruption, lived separate and apart without cohabitation.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 27th day of February, 2012.
