Donald T. Gatewood, whose last known place of residence is 4956 Nan Linn Drive, Richmond Heights, Ohio 44143, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Regina S. Gatewood, whose last known place of residence is 4956 Nan Linn Drive, Richmond Heights, Ohio 44143, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Nationwide Mortgage Services, Inc., whose last known address is 25988 Highland Road, Richmond Heights, Ohio 44143, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on November 15, 2012, the undersigned, Beneficial Financial I Inc. successor by merger to Beneficial Ohio Inc. c/o HSBC Mortgage Services, filed its complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio alleging that there is due the plaintiff the sum of $183,479.53, plus any sums advanced, with interest at 9.75% per annum from January 17, 2010, on a promissory note secured by a mortgage deed of even date conveying the following described property to wit:

The complaint further alleges that by reason of the default of the defendant obligors in the payment of said note according to its tenor, the conditions of said mortgage deed have been broken and the same has become a deed absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate, or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshaling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 15th day of March, 2013.
