Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6104 (d) of the Internal Revenue Code, notice is hereby given that the 2010 Annual Return of Frieda M. and Arthur W. Steudel Foundation, a private foundation, is available for inspection during regular business hours by any citizen on request made within 180 days after January 17, 2012 the date of this publication, at 910 Chinaberry Circle South, Macedonia, Ohio 44056.
