766495—Peter J. Pappas, et al. vs. Devika Pusalkar, et al.
Devika Pusalkar, whose last known place of residence is 7720 Lucerne Dr., Apt. N22, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 12, 2011, the undersigned, Peter J. Pappas and Jennifer L. Pappas, filed their complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that on October 23, 2009, Defendant Devika Pusalkar negligently operated a motor vehicle on OSR 237; that defendant negligently failed to maintain an assured clear distance; and as otherwise negligent in causing a collision between the vehicle she was operating and a vehicle being operated by Plaintiff Peter J. Pappas that was stopped for a red light at the intersection or OSR 237 and Eastland Road, in Brook Park, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
Plaintiff's are demanding relief from the Defendants, including Devika Pusalkar, on all counts of the Complaint in an amount that exceeds $25,000.00, with interests and costs of this action.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 26th day of April, 2012.
