2007 EST 0131749—In Re: Estate of John R. Evans, deceased.
Sa'Mona McNeal, whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on January 12, 2011, the undersigned, Tracy Evans, Fiduciary of the Estate of John R. Evans, deceased, filed an application in the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to approve a wrongful death settlement or distribution; that Lillie Evans has received an offer of settlement for damages for decedent's wrongful death in the amount of $15,944.09, and asks the Court for reasonable attorney fees for services with respect to the wrongful death action, to be paid out of the proceeds of the settlement judgment as further set forth in the application.
Said application is ordered set for hearing on the 12th day of March, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the Court may hear the same.
