Walter Barnes, whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 11, 2022, the undersigned, Gary Montfort, filed an application in the Probate Court, One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio 44113, for the authority to administer the Estate of Odell Drake, deceased, late of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, who died November 18, 2021.
Said application is ordered set for hearing on the 24th day of June, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the Court may hear the same.
