    BR 015270—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Diane Merriweather, et al.

    Diane Merriweather, whose last known place of residence is 3001 Becket Road, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Diane Merriweather, whose last known place of residence is 3001 Becket Road, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 8, 2017, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $874.37 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 117-25-006

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    All of Sublot No. 103 and the Southeasterly One-half of Meredith Court (Now Vacated) in the Berwald-Stewart Company's Colonial Heights Subdivision No. 5 of part of Original Euclid Township, Lots Nos. 50 and 51, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 67 of Maps, Page 30 of Cuyahoga County Records. Said Southeasterly One-Half of Meredith Court is more particularly bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Northeasterly curved line of Torbenson Drive at a point 7.705 feet Southeasterly (measured along said Northeasterly line) from the most Southerly corner of Sublot No. 107 in said Colonial Heights Subdivision No., 5;

    Thence Southeasterly along said Northeasterly curved line of Torbenson Drive, 7.705 to the most Westerly corner of Sublot No. 103 in said Subdivision;

    Thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of said Sublot No. 103, 139.30 feet to the most Northerly corner of said Sublot No. 103;

    Thence Northwesterly along the Northwesterly prolongation of the Northeasterly line of said Sublot No. 103, 7.705 feet;

    Thence Southwesterly in a straight line, 141.54 feet to the place of beginning but subject to all legal highways, be the same more or less.

    That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.

    The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
