Robert N. Hicks, whose last known place of residence is 955 East 144st Street, Cleveland, OH 44110, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Robert N. Hicks, whose last known place of residence is 955 East 144st Street, Cleveland, OH 44110, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 31, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $528.83 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 110-07-004
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 365, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the Westerly line of East 127th Street (40 feet wide) to the center line of which is parallel with and distant 124 feet Easterly from the Westerly line of land conveyed to Charles J. Lowrie and Henry C. Lowrie by deed dated October 5, 1898, and recorded in Volume 691, Page 599 of Cuyahoga County Records, at a point distant Southerly, measured along the Westerly line of said East 127th Street, 777.70 feet from the Southerly line of Shaw Avenue N.E. (formerly Gravel Road); Thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly line of said Original Lot No. 365, 104 feet to the Westerly line of the land conveyed to Charles J. Lowrie and Henry C. Lowrie, as aforesaid; Thence Northerly along aid Westerly line, 40 feet; Thence Easterly 104 feet; Thence Southerly along the Westerly line of East 127th Street, 40 feet to the place of beginning and being further known as Sublot No. 197 in Lowrie Brother's Proposed Fruitland Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 365, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.
The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
