    BR 017747—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Pegasus Resource Management, LLC, et al.

    Pegasus Resource Management, LLC, whose last known address is 7210 Central Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44104, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on September 20, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $807.01 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 231-35-002

    Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 18 and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the centerline of Columbia Road (formerly Hall Road) at a point distant North 37 deg. 15' West, 694.63 feet, measured along said centerline, from the intersection of the center line of Hall Road, now vacated, with the centerline of Lorain Road;

    Thence North 37 deg. 15' West along the center line of Columbia Road (formerly Hall Road) 50 feet;

    Thence South 58 deg. 05' West, 200 feet;

    Thence South 37 deg. 15' East, parallel with the centerline of Columbia Road, 50 feet to the Southeasterly line of premises conveyed to Blanche Bell by Deed dated October 11, 1924 and recorded in Volume 3230, Page 12 of Cuyahoga County Records;

    Thence North 58 deg. 05" East, along the Southeasterly line of land so conveyed to Blanche Bell, 200 feet to the place of beginning, according to the survey of Charles W. Root, Registered Professional Engineer and Surveyor, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.

    The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
