    BR 017419—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Marissa Jewell, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Marissa Jewell, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 17, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $240.83 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 105-12-050

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 347, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Westerly line of East 66th Place as dedicated in Volume 22, Page 4 of Cuyahoga County Records, at a point which is Northerly 139-18/100 feet, measured along the said westerly line, from its point of intersection with the Northerly line of St. Clair Avenue, N.E.; Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said East 66th Place, 30 feet; Thence Westerly on a line at right angles with the Westerly line of said East 66th Place, 121 79/100 feet to a point; Thence South 30 02/100 feet to a point 120 74/100 feet Westerly, measured at right angles from the place of beginning; Thence Easterly 120-74/100 feet to the place of beginning, and being further known as Sublot No. 11 in George L. Case's proposed Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 347. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.

    The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
