    BR 017773—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Terese-Anne Byrne, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Terese-Anne Byrne, the place of residence of each being unknown; Mary M. Coleman, whose last known place of residence is 7266 Franklin Avenue #217, Los Angeles, CA 90046, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Mary M. Coleman, whose last known place of residence is 7266 Franklin Avenue #217, Los Angeles, CA 90046, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 24, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $302.91 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 703-26-009

    Situated in the City of South Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 31 in Tract No. 3, and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Easterly line of Belvoir Boulevard, (100 feet wide) at the Southwest corner of land conveyed to William T. Arnos by deed recorded January 22, 1927 in Volume 3474 of Deeds, Page 221 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of land so conveyed to said William T. Arnos, to the Northwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to John Urban by deed dated September 18, 1925 and recorded in Volume 3377 of Deeds, Page 432 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said land conveyed to the said John Urban, and along its Southerly prolongation to the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to the Wright Realty Company by deed dated June 7, 1929, and recorded in Volume 3933, Page 438 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of land so conveyed to the Wright Realty Company about 227 feet to said Easterly line of Belvoir Boulevard; thence Northerly along said Easterly line, 50 feet to the place of beginning, and being further known as the Northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 47 in the Wm. T. and Anna C. Arnos Subdivision, proposed, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.

    The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
