    Malik Williams, whose last known place of residence is 3529 Ludgate Road, Shaker Heights, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Malik Williams, whose last known place of residence is 3529 Ludgate Road, Shaker Heights, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Anthony Williams, whose last known place of residence is 3529 Ludgate Road, Shaker Heights, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Anthony Williams, whose last known place of residence is 3529 Ludgate Road, Shaker Heights, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 24, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $11,937.00 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 735-22-085

    Situated in the City of Shaker Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being part of of Original Warrensville Township Lot No. 52 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the Easterly line of East 159th Street, 50 feet wide, at a point distant South 0 deg. 19' East 300 feet from its intersection with the Southerly line of Kinsman Road, 66 feet wide; Thence North 89 deg. 33' East, 130 feet to a point; Thence North 0 deg. 19' West 40 feet to a point; Thence South 89 deg. 33' West parallel with the first described line 130 feet to a point on the Easterly line of East 159th Street, Thence South 0 deg. 19' East along said Easterly line of East 159th Street, 40 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $470.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.

    The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
