    Percy H. Rogers, whose last known place of residence is 14561 Pease Road, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Percy H. Rogers, whose last known place of residence is 14561 Pease Road, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Percy H. Rogers, the place of residence of each being unknown; Sylvia J. Rogers, whose last known place of residence is 1852 Forest Hills Boulevard Apt. 3, Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Sylvia J. Rogers, whose last known place of residence is 1852 Forest Hills Boulevard Apt. 3, Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 25, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $10,249.37 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 784-27-034

    Situated in the City of Maple Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being a part of Original Bedford Township Lot No. 11 and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning in the centerline of Pease Road Proposed, 50 in feet width, the center line of which is parallel with the distant Northerly measured on a line parallel with the distant Northerly measured on a line parallel with the center line of Dunham Road 369.06 feet from the Southerly line of the land conveyed by Samuel Pease and Melissa H. Pease, husband and wife, to Elisha L. Pease and Osceola R. Pease by deed dated January 21, 1889 and recorded in Volume 438, Page 558 of Cuyahoga County Records at a point distant Easterly measured along said center line of Pease Road proposed, 990 feet from a stone at its intersection with the Westerly line of said Original Lot No. 11 which line is also the Township line between the City of Maple Heights and the City of Independence which point of beginning is also distance Easterly measured along said center line of Pease Road proposed, 90 feet from the Southwesterly corner of land conveyed by Osceola R. Pease and Lottie R. Pease to Adelia Hathawy by deed dated July 31, 1908 and recorded in Volume 1160, Page 555 of Cuyahoga County Records;

    Thence Easterly along said center line of Pease Road proposed parallel with the southerly line of land conveyed to Elisha L. Pease and Osceola R. Pease as aforesaid, 90 feet;

    Thence Northerly parallel with the Westerly line of said Original Lot No. 11 also known as said Township line, 484 feet;

    Thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly line of land conveyed to Elisha L. Pease and Osceola R. Pease as aforesaid, 90 feet;

    Thence Southerly parallel with the Westerly line of said Original Lot No. 11 also known as said Township line, 484 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $625.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.

    The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
