Unknown Spouse of Jerome F. Dickson, whose last known place of residence is 2775 Mccurdy Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44104, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Lavitta Murray, whose last known place of residence is 2775 Mccurdy Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44104, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Lavitta Murray, whose last known place of residence is 2775 Mccurdy Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44104, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 4, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,501.18 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 126-25-027
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Sublot No. 72 in A.L. McCurdy's Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot Nos. 424 and 425, as shown by the recorded plat in said Subdivision in Volume 4 of Maps, Page 51 of Cuyahoga County Records and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Southeasterly line of McCurdy Street, S.E. (50 feet wide) at the Northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 72; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Sublot No. 72, 150 feet 2-1/2 inches to the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to George Dickey and Anna Dickey by deed dated February 13, 1964 and recorded in Volume 11110, Page 469 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of land so conveyed to said George Dickey and Anna Dickey, 40 feet to a point in the Southerly line of Sublot No. 72, said point being 30 feet Westerly from the Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 72; thence Westerly on the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 72, 149 feet 9-1/2 inches to the Southeasterly line of McCurdy Street S.E. (50 feet wide); thence Northerly along the Southeasterly line of McCurdy Street S.E., 40 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.
The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
