    Mary C. Shores-Orosz, f.k.a. Mary C. Shores, whose last known place of residence is 4609 Pearse Avenue, Newburgh Heights, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Mary C. Shores-Orosz, f.k.a. Mary C. Shores, whose last known place of residence is 4609 Pearse Avenue, Newburgh Heights, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Stacy A. Pena, whose last known place of residence is 4609 Pearse Avenue, Newburgh Heights, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 18, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $5,313.60 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 134-06-073

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Sublots Nos. 6 and 7 in F. Mull and James Walker's Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 464, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 7 of Maps, Page 24 of Cuyahoga County Records, also part of Sublot No. 31 in the Newburgh Village Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 464, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 2 of Maps, Page 20 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Southerly line of Walker Avenue, S.E., at the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to John A. MacFeeters and Mary MacFeeters by deed dated May 25, 1906 and recorded in Volume 1043, Page 150 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence Southerly along the Westerly line of land so conveyed, about 105 feet 6 1/2 inches to the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly line of said F. Mull and James Walker's Allotment to the Northeasterly line of land conveyed to The South East Chevrolet Company, by deed dated June 28, 1963, and recorded in Volume 10941, Page 181 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of land so conveyed to an angle therein; Thence Southwesterly along a Southeasterly line of land so conveyed (which is also the Southeasterly line of said Sublot No. 7), 6 feet to an angle therein; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of land so conveyed, 29 feet to an angle therein; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of land so conveyed, to The South East Chevrolet Company, to the Southerly line of Walker Avenue, S.E.; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of Walker Avenue, S.E., about 57 feet 4 inches to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.

    The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
