BR 019041—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Joseph L. Bauer Trust, etc., et al.
Joseph L. Bauer Trust, Dated December 20th, 1991, with Joseph L. Bauer as Trustee, whose last known address is c/o Joseph Bauer, Trustee, 2266 Nottley Dam Road, Blairsville, GA 30512, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on March 27, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $156.30 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 235-18-016
Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 19, Tract 6, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the centerline of Fitch Road (60 feet wide) at the Southeasterly corner of said Original Lot No. 19; thence Northerly along the centerline of said Fitch Road 20 feet to the Southeasterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Harry A. Barr by Deed dated September 21st, 1920 and recorded in Volume 2430, Page 429 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said parcel of land conveyed to Harry A. Barr, and along the Southerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Howard T. Webb and Ethel P. Webb by Deed dated August 23rd, 1945 and recorded in Volume 6024, Page 58 of Cuyahoga County Records and along the Southerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Gertrude F. Print by Deed dated August 21st, 1941 and recorded in Volume 5281, Page 497 of Cuyahoga County Records, and along the Southerly line of land conveyed to Catherine Davis by Deed dated April 6, 1944, and recorded in Volume 5668 Page 486 of Cuyahoga County Records, about 1555.58 feet to the Northwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Deidrich Von Kamp by Deed filed for record November 27th, 1901 and recorded in Volume 793, Page 514 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said parcel so conveyed to Diedrich Von Kamp 20 feet to the Southerly line of said Original Lot No. 19; thence Easterly along said Southerly line 1556.36 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.
The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
