    BR 018014—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Edward Jones Jr., et al.

    Edward Jones Jr., whose last known place of residence is 1025 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Let's Make A Deal, LLC, whose last known address is 1025 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on October 15, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $298.28 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 671-01-180

    Situated in the City of East Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Sublot No. 54 in C.H. Covill's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 366, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 80 of Maps, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the Westerly line of Hayden Avenue (70 feet wide) 100 feet Southerly from the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to The Cleveland Trust Company by deed dated April 17, 1935 and recorded in Volume 4477, Page 203 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of Hayden Avenue, 49.48 feet more or less to the Northeasterly corner of land described as Parcel No. 2 in the deed from The Cleveland Trust Company to Max Pollock, dated April 1, 1937 and recorded in Volume 4722, Page 664 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Parcel No. 2 in the deed to Pollock, as aforesaid, 140 feet to the Westerly line of Sublot No. 54, the Northerly line of the premises intended to be described in Parcel No. 2 in said deed to Pollock, as shown on the plat of a survey for The Cleveland Trust Company by Cleveland Surveys, Inc., dated July, 1935, being a straight line drawn along the face of the Northerly wall of a one story brick building and intersecting the Westerly line of Hayden Avenue, 0.52 feet Northerly from the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 54 and intersecting the Westerly line of Sublot No. 54, 0.48 feet Northerly from the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Sublot No. 54, 49.52 feet more or less, to a point 100 feet Southerly from the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to The Cleveland Trust Company, as aforesaid; thence Easterly parallel with the Northerly line of land so conveyed to The Cleveland Trust Company, 140 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.

    The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
