US Investors 517, Inc., whose last known address is c/o TPI Servicing, LLC, Statutory Agent, Attention: Sam Allam, 3573 Fairmount Boulevard, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on March 7, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,975.92 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 112-21-070
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Sublot Nos. 43 and 44 in Joseph Laronge's Lake Shore Boulevard Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Tract 16 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 65 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows:
Beginning in the Easterly line of East 148th Street at a point distant Northerly measured along said Easterly line, 0.50 feet from the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 44;
Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said East 148th Street, 36.50 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 43;
Thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 43, 38.40 feet;
Thence Northeasterly in a direct line to a point in the Easterly line of said Sublot No. 43 distant Northerly, measured along said Easterly line, 2.8 feet front (sic) from the Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 43;
Thence Southerly along the Easterly lines of said Sublot No. 43 and 44, 37.22 feet to a point distant Northerly, measured along the Easterly line of said Sublot No. 44, 2.58 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 44;
Thence Westerly in a direct line about 107.63 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.
The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
