David L. Haynes, whose last known place of residence is 3641 East 153rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of David L. Haynes, whose last known place of residence is 3641 East 153rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of David L. Haynes, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on April 26, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,787.03 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 139-19-065
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being all of Sublot No. 282 in the Shaker Overlook Land Company's Subdivision of part of Original Warrensville Township Lot Nos. 51 and 52, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 65 of Maps, Page 36 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Easterly side of East 153rd Street (formerly Tabor Boulevard) and extending back of equal width 133 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $538.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.
The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
