The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Carter Woodson, the place of residence of each being unknown; Pledged Property II, LLC, whose last known address is 4828 Loop Central Drive, Houston, TX 77081, otherwise whose address is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Linda Woodson, the place of residence of each being unknown; and Cornella Blanchard, whose last known place of residence is 3644 East 133rd Street, Floor 1, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 30, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $8,984.32 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 141-18-101
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 14 in Federal Homes Inc. Subdivision No. 7 of part of Original Warrensville Township Lots Nos. 73 and 83 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 194 of Maps, Page 9 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 50.04 feet front on the Northerly side of Dynes Avenue, S.E., 31.38 feet on the curved turnout between said Northerly side of Dynes Avenue S.E. and the Westerly side of East 170th Place, and extending back 91.51 feet on the Easterly line, 102 feet on the Westerly line and having a rear line of 45 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $467.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.
The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
