    BR 019792—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Daryl Hudson, et al.

    Daryl Hudson, whose last known place of residence is 3715 East 104th Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 31, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Board of Revision, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,827.75 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 135-09-060

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being part of Sublots Nos. 176 and 177 in the Union Woodhill Realty Company's Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 450, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 41 of Maps, Page 29 of Cuyahoga County Records and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Easterly line of East 104th St., at a point 70 feet Southerly (measured along said Easterly line) from the Northwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 177; thence Southerly along said Easterly line of East 104th Street 48-37/100 feet to the Northerly line of Sandusky Avenue, S.E.; theence Easterly along said Northerly line of Sandusky Avenue, S.E., 90 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 176; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Sublot No. 176, 46-86/100 feet; thence Westerly 90 feet to the place of beginning be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    That this action in foreclosure proceedings is convened under provisions of Section 323.25 and/or Section 5721.18(a) and/or 323.65 - 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to appear on the date specified herein and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises; that the Board of Revision make such order for payment of costs incurred herein together with $425.00 for the Preliminary Judicial Report; that the Board of Revision order said property to be sold according to law, or conveyed to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78 and that an Order of Sale or Order of Conveyance be issued to the Sheriff directing him to either advertise and sell the property at public sale in the manner provided by law; or, to convey the property to an eligible township, municipality, county, or community development group pursuant to ORC 323.65 through 323.78; that thereafter a report of such sale or conveyance be made by the Sheriff to the Board of Revision for further proceedings, if any, under law, and for such other relief as in law or equity this Plaintiff may be entitled.

    The defendants named above have the right to respond as set-forth by O.R.C 323.69(D)(1)(b).
