    890651—Mt. Olive Cemetery vs. The Cleveland Hebrew Benevolent Association, et al.

    The Cleveland Hebrew Benevolent Association, whose last known address is unknown; Cleveland Vilner Jewish Progressive Society, whose last known address was c/o Statutory Agent Phillip Rosen, 3629 East 142 Street, Cleveland, OH 44128; and The Brisker and Grodner Benevolent Society, whose last known address was c/o Sarah W. Laidman, stat. agent, 2201 Acacia Park Dr. #308, Cleveland, Ohio 44124, you are hereby notified that on December 20, 2017, plaintiff, Mt. Olive Cemetery, filed its Complaint to Quiet Title and for Declaratory Judgment ("Complaint") in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

    The object of the Complaint is related to the Mt. Olive Cemetery located at 27855 Aurora Road, Solon, OH 44139 ("Cemetery") and to quiet title on the property described as follows:

    Sublot Nos. 14, 26, 33 and 34 situated within the Cemetery and identified as Parcel No. 1 ("Lots").

    The complete legal description of the Lots may be obtained from the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office.

    The Complaint was filed claiming that the Mt. Olive has managed, maintained, serviced and improved the Lots and has been in actual, open, exclusive, continuous possession of the Lots for more than twenty-one years. As a result, Mt. Olive is seeking to Quiet Title on the Lots and requesting a declaratory judgment that Mt. Olive has a fee simple title to the Lots pursuant to the doctrine of adverse possession.

    The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 19th day of October, 2018.
