    917989—Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation vs. Kimberly Robinson.

    Kimberly Robinson, whose last known place of residence is 3684 W. 133rd Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44111 and 17920 Detroit Avenue, Apt. #505, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown will take notice that on July 10, 2019, the undersigned, Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation, filed its complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendant, Kimberly Robinson, whose signature is on the Retail Installment Contract and is indebted to the Plaintiff under the terms thereon for the payoff amount of $16,348.39; that to secure payment of the above indebtedness, the Defendant, Kimberly Robinson, granted a security interest in the 2014 Ford Fusion, VIN: 3FA6P0H0ER259288, ("Property"); that the Defendant, Kimberly Robinson, has defaulted in payment to the Plaintiff; that Plaintiff is entitled to immediate possession of its collateral by pre-judgment seizure.

    Wherefore, Plaintiff, Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation, demands immediate possession of the property and further demands Judgment against the Defendant, Kimberly Robinson, for possession of the property.

    The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 7th day of May, 2020.
