    928334—Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC vs. Bernice Teague, et al.

    The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns of Bernice Teague, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on January 24, 2020, Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC, filed a Complaint in Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, being Case No. CV-20-928334, captioned Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC vs. Bernice Teague. The object of the demand for relief of the pleading is to foreclose the lien of the Plaintiff's mortgage upon the property located at 3637-39 Chelton Road, Shaker Heights, Ohio 44120, permanent parcel number 735-24-048, and being more particularly described in the mortgage attached to the Complaint. The Substitute-Plaintiff, amended the Complaint, in part to add The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns of Bernice Teague as a defendant. The Substitute-Plaintiff will continue to seek the relief requested in the Amended Complaint.

    The above-named defendant(s) are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication (October 20, 2021) which shall be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
