946870—Dennis M. Schlekie vs. Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office Auto Title Division, et al.
Hart Cunningham and Isabella Cunningham, whose last known place of residence and present place of residence are unknown, will take notice that on July 27, 2021, the undersigned, Dennis M. Schlekie, filed his amended complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Plaintiff respectfully makes an Application for the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Department, Auto Title Division, to issue a Certificate of Title to Applicant for the following described vehicle: VIN: 1C4RJFBG4FC909111; MAKE: Jeep; MODEL: Grand Cherokee; YEAR: 2015; COLOR: White.
Plaintiff states that on or about August of 2018, a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee VIN: 1C4RJFBG4FC909111, was driven onto his residence and abandoned thereon.
Plaintiff states that he on several occasions over the course of several years requested that Conyers come and remove the vehicle from his property, all to no avail.
Plaintiff provided notice via certified mail to the last title holder of record, Defendant HART CUNNINGHAM and Defendant ISABELLA CUNNINGHAM.
Plaintiff prays for an order of Certificate of Title pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4513.60, Vehicle left on private residential property, for the reason that reasonable attempts have been made with the Defendant owner/owners to remove the abandoned property to no avail and the Plaintiff shall be issued the Certificate of Title into his name in exchange for storage costs associated with this vehicle being abandoned on his private residential property, together with any other relief this Court deems just.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of January, 2022.
