    CV-21-942940—The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor Indenture Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the CWABS Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2004-IPlaintiff, vs. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Distributees, and/or Legatees of William Trice, et al.Defendants.

    The Defendants, Unknown Spouse of Steven D. Smith and Unknown Spouse of Donna J. Smith, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on January 14, 2021, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor Indenture Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the CWABS Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2004-I, filed its Complaint in Case No. CV-21-942940, in the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, seeking declaratory judgment of its interest in the real property located at 4554 Lee Rd, Cleveland, OH 44128, Permanent Parcel No. 14301020, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

    The Defendants, Unknown Spouse of Steven D. Smith and Unknown Spouse of Donna J. Smith are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Spouse of Steven D. Smith and Unknown Spouse of Donna J. Smith failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 17th day of January, 2022.
