DIVORCE NOTICE

D-385971—Derrick Wallace vs. Alexis Eppinger.

Alexis Eppinger, whose last known place of residence is 3388 Washington Boulevard, Cleveland Heights, OH 44137, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 2, 2021, the undersigned, Derrick Wallace, filed his complaint against her in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio praying for a divorce, allocation of parental rights and responsibilities and other relief on the grounds that he and Defendant have lived separate and apart without interruption and without cohabitation for at least one year, that Plaintiff and Defendant are incompatible, Gross Neglect of Duty, Extreme Cruelty, Adultery, Bigamy and Habitual Drunkenness.

The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 10th day of September, 2021.
