DIVORCE NOTICE

D-386969—Henry Adeola Ayeni vs. Catherina Ayoola Cole.

Catherina Ayoola Cole, whose last known place of residence is #7 Karounwi Street, Abule Egba, Lagos, Nigeria, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 15, 2021, the undersigned, Henry Adeola Ayeni, filed his complaint against her in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio praying for a divorce and other relief on the grounds that he and Defendant have lived separate and apart without interruption and without cohabitation for at least one year, that Plaintiff and Defendant are incompatible, gross neglect of duty, willful absence of one year or more.

The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 29th day of November, 2021.
