DIVORCE NOTICE

D-335678—Charlotte R. Nelson vs. Wordell Nelson.

Wordell Nelson, whose last known place of residence is 9545 Columbia Road, Olmsted Falls, OH 44138, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 28, 2021, the undersigned, Charlotte R. Nelson, filed her motion in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio and moves this Honorable Court for an order compelling Defendant Wordell Nelson ("Defendant") to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for ignoring the terms of this Court's August 31, 2011 Judgment Entry by failing to pay Plaintiff at least $38,000 in unpaid spousal support and utilities. Plaintiff also filed a Motion for Attorney Fees.

For the foregoing reasons Plaintiff Charlotte R. Nelson request that this Court find Defendant Wordell Nelson in contempt of court for his failure to comply with the terms of the Judgment Entry.

Both motions may be heard on the 12th day of January, 2022, or as soon thereafter as the Court may hear the same.
