Lydia Herrera, whose last known place of residence is 14411 Trisket Road, Cleveland, OH 44111, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 19, 2021, the undersigned, Nelson Herrera Flores, filed his complaint against her in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio praying for a divorce, a reasonable division of the marital property and other relief on the grounds of gross neglect of duty and/or extreme cruelty, that Plaintiff and Defendant are incompatible.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 2nd day of February, 2022.
