DIVORCE NOTICE

D-387118—Courtney J. Martin vs. Ahmad Al-Qardahji.

Ahmad Al-Qardahji, whose last known place of residence is 26363 Esperanza Drive, Los Altos, CA 94022, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 24, 2021, the undersigned, Courtney J. Martin, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio praying for a divorce, allocation of parental rights and responsibilities in relation to the parties' minor child, appointment as residential parent of the minor child, temporary custody of the minor child during the pendency of this action, an order for temporary child support and spousal support, a final order for child support, an award of spousal support, a division of property and debts as required by law and equity, and other relief on the grounds that she and defendant have been living separate and apart for more than one year and incompatibility. Plaintiff also filed Motion for Immediate Return of Minor Child and the Court issued a Judgment Entry on 10/14/2021 ordering the immediate return of the child.

The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 21st day of March, 2022.
