D-354923—Colt Miers vs. Lydia Theiss.
Lydia Theiss, whose last known place of residence is 3635 West 104th Street, Cleveland, OH 44111, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 10, 2022, the undersigned, Colt Miers, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, stating that there has been a change of circumstances and it is in the best interests of the minor children for a modification to his parenting time.
Father requests that the Court grants his motion to modify his parenting time to allow him time with the minor children, including overnights and holidays.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 19th day of July, 2022.
