DIVORCE NOTICE

D-389903—Lauren Dubick vs. Barak Shechter.

Barak Shechter, whose last known places of residence are 24547 Beechmont Court, Beachwood, OH 44122 and 2065 Lyndway Road, Lyndhurst, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 27, 2022, the undersigned, Lauren Dubick, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio praying for an absolute divorce from the Defendant; Temporary and permanent spousal support from Defendant; an equitable division of the marital property and marital debt; an award of her separate property; a distributive award of Defendant's separate property; her reasonable attorney fees and litigation expenses incurred in the prosecution of this action; the implementation of the Court's Mutual Ex Parte Temporary Restraining Orders; and such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and equitable. on the grounds of incompatibility.

The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 10th day of August, 2022.
