DIVORCE NOTICE

D-389704—Tony Hughes, Sr. vs. Akema Hughes.

Akema Hughes, whose last known place of residence is 15409 Euclid Avenue, #615, East Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 29, 2022, the undersigned, Tony Hughes, Sr., filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio praying for a complete and absolute divorce from Defendant; that the Court determine and divide the joint property of Plaintiff and Defendant; that the Court determine the individual property of Plaintiff and Defendant; that the Court determine and apportion the joint debts of Plaintiff and Defendant; that the Court determine the individual debts of Plaintiff and Defendant; and other relief to whcih she may be entitled in law or in equity, on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation since no later than 2005.

The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 12th day of September, 2022.
