D-390158—Julius Saunders vs. Aaron M. Moody.
Aaron M. Moody, whose last known place of residence is 606 Daisy Street, Goldsboro, NC 27530, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 1, 2022, the undersigned, Julius Saunders, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio praying for a divorce and other relief on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without interruption and without cohabitation for at least one year, that Defendant has been guilty of gross neglect of duty, extreme cruelty, willful absence of one year or more, and fraudulent marriage contract.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 21st day of October, 2022.
