DIVORCE NOTICE
D-391161—Romanus Ndubuisi Ojiego vs. Chioma Ojiego.
Chioma Ojiego, whose last known place of residence is No 1 Alli Street, Off Olorunsogo, Mushia, Lagos State, Nigeria, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 12, 2022, the undersigned, Romanus Ndubuisi Ojiego, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio praying for an absolute divorce from the Defendant and that the Court award such other relief as it finds fair, just and equitable, including that the cost of this action be paid by the Defendant, on the grounds of incompatibility.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 21st day of October, 2022.
