D-390179—Kylene Jennings-Harris vs. Andre Harris.

Andre Harris, whose last known place of residence is 1879 Page Avenue, East Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 2, 2022, the undersigned, Kylene Jennings-Harris, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio praying for a divorce, allocation of parental rights and responsibilities, ownership of the real property located at 1879 Page Avenue, East Cleveland, OH 44112, restoration of her maiden name, and other relief, on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without interruption and without cohabitation for at least one year, and that Defendant has been guilty of adultery.
