The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Neil G. Williamson aka Neil Gordon Williamson, whose last known place of residence and present place of residence are unknown, will take notice that on November 9, 2018, the undersigned, Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, filed its complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that there is due the Plaintiff the sum of $27,006.19, plus any sums advanced, with interest at 8.3750% per annum from May 1, 2018, on a promissory note secured by a mortgage deed of even date conveying the following described property to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 008-28-057 and 008-28-058
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 13 in the Ebenezer Foster Heirs Resubdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot No. 74 and 83, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 30 of Maps, Page 19 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being a parcel of land 39.00 feet on the Easterly side of West 14th Street, and extending back of equal width 132.00 feet as appears by said plat.
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sublot No. 14 in The Ebenezer Foster Heirs Resubdivision of part of The Ebenezer Foster Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lots Nos. 74 and 83, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 30 of Maps, Page 19 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 39 feet front on the Easterly side of Foster Avenue, now known as West 14th Street, and extending back between parallel lines 132 feet to Elvira Alley now known as West 14th Place, as appears by said plat.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default of the defendant obligors in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the above described premises, have been broken and the same has become a deed absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate, or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of March, 2019.
