Unknown heirs-at-law, and next of kin of Marek Treblinski, deceased, their Executors, Administrators, Custodians, Assigns or Guardians, the place of residence of each being unknown; Unknown Executors, Administrators, Guardians, Custodians, or Assigns, or Heirs-at-Law, Next of Kin, Devisees and Legatees of any Heirs-at-Law, Next of Kin, Devisees and Legatees of Marek Treblinski, deceased, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on May 9, 2019, the undersigned, G. E. Zemajtis, Administrator Estate of Marek Treblinski, deceased, filed her complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that the decedent died seized in fee simple of the entire interest in the following two (2) parcels of real estate,situated in Cuyahoga Count, Ohio:
Entire interest in 1179 Monarch Road, South Euclid, OH 44121
Permanent Parcel No. 702-18-113
Situated in the City of South Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sub Lot No. 2-A in Monarch Road Resubdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 29 Tract No. 6 as shown by recorded plat in Volume 221 of Maps, Page 75 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 59.62 feet front on the Easterly side of Monarch Road and extending back of equal width 200 feet deep, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Situated in the City of South Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 24 in Brushwood Hills Subdivision No. 1 of part of Original Euclid Township Lots Nos. 70 and 71, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 185 of Maps, Page 44 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being a parcel of land 67.90 feet on the Northerly curved side of Telhurst Road, and extending back 178.60 feet on the Westerly line, 159.26 feet on the Easterly line, and having a rear line of 65 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
It is necessary to sell the real estate for the reason that distribution needs to be made in liquid assets since all possible beneficiaries reside out of state.
Wherefore, Plaintiff demands that the decedent's interest in both parcels of the real estate be sold; that the rights, interests and liens of all parties may be fully determined, adjusted and protected; and that Plaintiff be authorized and ordered to sell the entire interest in both parcels of the real estate according to the statutes in such case made and provided, and for such other and further relief as she may be entitled to.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 20th day of August, 2019.
