2019 ADV 243889—James A. Greene, Administrator vs. Carl Cook, et al.
Chandra Turner, John Wendell Turner and Johnetta Thomas, whose last known place of residence and present place of residence are unknown, will take notice that on May 31, 2019, the undersigned, James A. Greene, Administrator of the Estate of Thornton R. Greene, filed his complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that decedent was the owner of real estate located at 3732 E. 147th Street, Cleveland, OH 44120.

Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and known as being Sublot No. 52 in the Parkhill Land and Allotment Company's Shaker-Overlook Subdivision of parts of Original Warrensville Township Lots Nos. 51 and 61 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 59 of Maps, Page 10 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Westerly side of East 147th Street (formerly Shaker Overlook Boulevard), and extending back 198.36 feet deep, on the Northerly line, 198.47 feet deep on the Southerly line, and being 40 feet wide in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff states that he is entitled to authority to sell the Property for the following reasons:
A. That no person's interest in the interest of the Decedent in the property to be sold exceed ten percent and;
B. A sale is in the best interest of the Estate.
Plaintiff prays that he be granted authority to sell the Property through a private sale and, from the proceeds of said sale, pay the costs thereof, including broker's commission, if any, attorney fees, and any additional related expenses; and that the Property be appraised by disinterested persons.
The defendants named above s required to answer on or before the 1st day of October, 2019.
