    2020 ADV 253443—Paul J. Mooney, Administrator vs. Unknown Heirs and Next of Kin of Maryann E. Kershey, Deceased, et al.

    Unknown Heirs and Next of Kin of Maryann E. Kershey, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on July 30, 2020, the undersigned, Paul J. Mooney, Administrator of the Estate of Maryann E. Kershey, deceased, filed his complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that said decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate, located at City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga State of Ohio PPN: 005-10-090 & 005-10-114 and further described as follows:

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known and described as follows:

    And known as being Sublot No. 157 in The Conger-Helper Realty Company's Lorain Heights Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lots Numbers 7 and 8 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 55 of Maps, Page 13 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 47.5 feet on the Westerly side of West 111th Street, 110 feet deep on the Northerly line, 110 feet deep on the Southerly line, which is also the Northerly line of Belmont Avenue, N.W. and 47.5 feet in the rear as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 195 in Conger Helper Realty Lorain Heights Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot Nos. 7 and 8 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 55 of Maps, Page 13 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 43 feet front on the Easterly side of West 112th Street and extending back of equal width 110 feet along the Southerly line of Belmont Avenue, N.W., as appears by said plat.

    The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate for the following reason: to pay the debts of the estate. (O.R.C. §2127.02).

    The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests and liens of the Defendant(s) be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that he/she may be authorized and ordered to sell Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of November, 2020.
