2020 ADV 254334—Elizabeth A. Goodwin, Administrator vs. Chase Bank, et al.
Unknown Heirs at law of Walter H. Cousino, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on September 4, 2020, the undersigned, Elizabeth A. Goodwin, Administrator of the Estate of Walter H. Cousino, filed her complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that estate is seized in fee simple of the entire interest in the following described parcels of real estate:
Situated in the City of Fairview Park, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and is described as follows;
And known as being the Westerly 30 feet of Sublot No. 15 and Easterly 40 feet of Sublot No. 16 in the A.M. Haber Subdivision of part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 5, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 78 of Maps, Page 35 of Cuyahoga County Records, and having a combined frontage 70 feet on the Northerly side of Haber Drive, and extending back 388.25 feet deep on the Easterly line, about 388.15 feet on the Westerly line, and being 70 feet in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Walter H Cousino died intestate leaving no surviving spouse, nor any lineal descendants.
It is in the best interest of the estate, and is also the intent of all of the next of kin, that the property be sold so the assets of the estate may be properly liquidated and distributed according to the statute of descent and distribution and to avoid waste to the estate in property maintenance costs.
Plaintiff desires to sell the entire interest of the said real estate.
Wherefore, Plaintiff prays the Court that she be authorized to sell the entire interest in the said real estate free of the claim, interests, liens and right of expectancy of dower therein of all persons to this action, and for such other relief as the Plaintiff may be entitled in the premises.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 30th day of November, 2020.
