    2021 ADV 262177—Cheryll P. Stankiewicz, Administrator vs. Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer, et al.

    Shaun Corrigan, Jesse Corrigan, Alyssa Sauer, Katie Sauer, Beau Bossick, Jessica Bossick and Stephanie Hasinski, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on July 20, 2021, the undersigned, Cheryll P. Stankiewicz, Administrator of the Estate of John P. Stankiewicz, deceased, filed her complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Decedent died seized of a fractional interest in the following described real estate located at 10011 Pleasant Valley Road, Parma, 44130, County of Cuyhoga, State of Ohio, PPN 456-18-001 and further described as follows:

    Situated in the City of Parma, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Parma Township Lot No. 35, Ely Tract and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the center line of Pleasant Valley Road, (60 feet wide), at the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to William J. Wolf and Arlene H. Wolf by deed dated April 30, 1953, and recorded in Volume 7827, Page 587 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Westerly along the center line of Pleasant Valley Road, 120 feet to the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to Andrew Lengyel and Anne Lengyel by deed dated May 20, 1953, and recorded in Volume 7819, Page 469 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of land so conveyed, 621.50 feet to the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to R. A. Fiegland and Arlene Fiegland by deed dated January 28, 1957 and recorded in Volume 8840, Page 485 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of land so conveyed, 120 feet to the Westerly line of land conveyed to William J. and Arlene H. Wolf as aforesaid; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of land so conveyed 621.50 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.

    It is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the estate, pursuant R.C. 2127.02.

    Wherefore,

    Plaintiff prays that said real estate be sold; that the rights, interests and liens of all parties be fully determined, adjusted and protected; and that Plaintiff be authorized and ordered to sell the real estate to pay debts according to the statutes in such case made and provided, and for such other and further relief as she may be entitled to.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of October, 2021.
