    2021 ADV 266362—Kenneth C. Martin, Fiduciary of the Estate of Charles Delong Timco vs. Michael W. Chambers, CPA, as Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer, et al.

    The Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Elizabeth T. Myers, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on December 16, 2021, the undersigned, Kenneth C. Martin, Esq., Fiduciary of the Estate of Charles Delong Timco, filed his complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Charles Delong Timco, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on September 19, 2018, in Case No. 2017 EST 230568; and that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 4420 East 143rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44128, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, Permanent Parcel Number 138-22-073 and 138-22-074 and further described as follows:

    Parcel No. 1

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being Sublot No. 137 in The Continental Realty Company's Continental Park Subdivision of part of Original Warrensville Township Lots No. 71 and 81, as shown by the recorded plat of said Re-Subdivision in Volume 55 of Maps, Page 40 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Westerly side of East 143rd Street, and extending back of equal width 125 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Parcel No. 2

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being all of Sublot No. 138 in The Continental Realty Company's Continental Park Subdivision of part of Original Warrensville Township Lots No. 71 and 81, as shown by the recorded plat of said Re-Subdivision in Volume 55 of Maps, Page 40 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Westerly side of East 143rd Street, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the estate.

    Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests and liens of the Defendant(s) be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that he may be authorized and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court

    The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 19th day of July, 2022.
