904394—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Geraldine Moon, et al.
Geraldine Moon, whose last known place of residence is 2957 East 67th Street, Cleveland, OH 44127, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Geraldine Moon, whose last known place of residence is 2957 East 67th Street, Cleveland, OH 44127, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of George Allen Moon, whose last known place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 26, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $635.72 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 125-14-010
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio; and known as being a part of Sublot No. 26 in J.H. Webster's Re-Allotment of a part of Porter and Woolridge's Subdivision of a part of Original 100 Acre Lots Nos. 326 and 329, as shown by the recorded plat of said Re-Allotment in Volume 32 of Maps, Page 25 of Cuyahoga County Records, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the Easterly line of East 67th Street, formerly Amelia Street, at the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 26; thence Easterly, along the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 26, a distance of 150 feet to the Southwesterly corner of land conveyed to the City of Cleveland by deed dated January 18, 1915 and recorded in Volume 1619, Page 83 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly, along the Westerly line of land so conveyed, about 39.60 feet to the Northerly line of said Sublot No. 26; thence Westerly along said Northerly line, 150 feet to the Easterly line of East 67th Street; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of East 67th Street, 39.09 feet to the point of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of February, 2019.
