Roy Lewis, whose last known place of residence is 1055 East 77th Street, Cleveland, OH 44103-2005, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Roy Lewis, whose last known place of residence is 1055 East 77th Street, Cleveland, OH 44103-2005, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Roy Lewis, the place of residence of each being unknown; Rachael Lewis, whose last known place of residence is 4011 East 55th Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Rachael Lewis, whose last known place of residence is 1148 East 66th Street, Cleveland, OH 44103, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Richard R. Lewis, whose last known place of residence is 1377 East 185th Street, Cleveland, OH 44110, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 31, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,111.77 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 105-31-089
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being the Southerly 10 feet of Sublot No. 57 and the Northerly 20 feet of Sublot No. 58 in W. H. Lawrence Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 348, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land having a frontage of 30 feet on the Easterly side of East 77th Street (formerly Collister Street), and extending back about 71.25 feet deep on the Southrly line, about 71.76 feet deep on the Northerly line, which is also the Southerly line of Kormen Avenue, N.E. and having a rear line of 30 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 19th day of February, 2019.
