    902643—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Darryl D. Sanders, et al.

    Unknown Spouse of Lawrence S. Elvoid, Jr., whose last known place of residence is 14105 Mayfair Avenue, East Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Franklin Elvoid, whose last known place of residence is 14105 Mayfair Avenue, East Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 23, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $833.64 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 671-12-031

    Situated in the City of East Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and known as being Sub Lot No. 73 in The Crawford Realty Company's Hayden-Doan Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 4 and part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot. No. 374, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 59 of Maps, Page 20 of Cuyahoga County Records. Said Sub Lot No. 73 has a frontage of 38 04/100 feet on the Northerly side of Mayfair Avenue, and extends back 110 12/100 feet on the Easterly line, 111 64/100 feet on the Westerly line, and has arear line of 38 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 20th day of February, 2019.
