    902642—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Dorothy B. White, et al.

    Dorothy B. White, whose last known place of residence is 11714 Parkview Avenue, #1, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Dorothy B. White, whose last known place of residence is 11714 Parkview Avenue, #1, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 23, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $278.00 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 103-30-056

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being Sublot No. 24 in the Hoyt and Perkins Subdivision of part of Original Ten Acre Lot No. 41, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 2 of Maps, Page 42 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 35 feet front on the Northerly side of Community College Avenue S.E., and extending back 198 feet 4 inches on the Westerly line, 196 feet 6 inches on the Easterly line, and being 35 feet 6inches wide in the rear along the Southerly line of Linden Court S.E., as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    EXCEPTING that parcel of land further known as

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being part of Sublot No. 24 in Hoyt and Perkins Subdivision of part of Original Ten Acre Lot No. 41 in said city as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 2 of Maps, Page 42 of Cuyahoga County Records.

    The above stated lot shall extend 99 feet from the center of Community College Ave., be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 21st day of February, 2019.
