    907044—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Daniel B. Pipkins Sr., et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Daniel B. Pipkins Sr., the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on November 15, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,175.02 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 673-04-099

    Situated in the City of East Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 44 Doan Tract and being bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Northwesterly line of third parcel of land conveyed to Frank J. Welton by deed dated November 10, 1907 and recorded in Volume 1150 Page 118 of Cuyahoga County Records at a point 25 feet Northeasterly from the most Westerly corner of said third parcel; thence Northeasterly along the Northeasterly line, thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said third parcel about 112.22 feet to the most Easterly corner thereof; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said third parcel about 51 feet to a point 24 feet Northeasterly from the most Southerly corner of said third parcel; thence Northwesterly in a direct line about 111.33 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 22nd day of February, 2019.
